Shipping policy

UK Mainland (England, Scotland & Wales excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands)

All orders are despatched from our Poundbury store - we aim to give our customers the very best possible service and process all orders as soon as we can. We pack your order with reused, recycled and recyclable packaging where possible.

Standard delivery charged at £5.95.

This is a DPD next day service for delivery on week-days only.

Orders placed before 2pm will usually be delivered the following day but may take longer in busy periods. Orders received during the weekend will be despatched on Monday, delivered Tuesday. DPD will notify you with the exact allocated day of delivery giving the option to change the day if more convenient. You will be contacted with a 1 hour delivery time slot.

Scottish Highlands, UK Offshore Islands, Europe & Worldwide

Our checkout currently only allows a 'UK' postage option. Please email before ordering for a quote - we will advise and then invoice for the additional shipping charges. Please note delivery times will vary depending on location and may attract import costs overseas.

Local pick up/Click & collect

Select this option at checkout and collect for FREE at your convenience from our store at 180 Bridport Road, Poundbury, Dorchester.  Local pick up is available during store opening hours.

We will contact you by email when your order is ready for collection.
